PROPERTY SERVICES MANAGERSteve Byers is a Property Services Manager at Armada with 40 years’ experience in the Professional Accounting industry. For the past 25 years, Steve has been involved in many small to medium developments ranging from $1,500,000 to $10,000,000. He has the ability to develop land, home and light commercial projects in addition to possessing a clear understanding of the regulatory framework around the development approval process. He brings a wealth of experience to the development team, with a focus on financial rigour and corporate compliance.
Steve has been part of the Armada team for almost 15 years, and has experience in various industries with an in depth knowledge of medical, childcare, commercial, retail and industrial.
