Are you an aspiring accountant looking to join a progressive and supportive mid-tier firm?

We are accepting applications for multiple Graduate Accountant roles providing on-job and off-job learning, and a genuine work life balance.  During the program there will be various opportunities available to you including working closely with a broad range of clients across a variety of industries and being mentored by highly experienced professional staff.

We envisage the start date for our Graduate program to be early – mid July 2024.

You will gain valuable experience in the areas of bookkeeping, tax and accounting. The work will include learning financial reporting, tax returns, completion of BAS, IAS & FBT returns, payroll tax and dealing with regulatory bodies on behalf of your clients. Our practice uses a range of software to cater for our clients’ needs including MYOB and Xero. Over time you will transition to more complex work including business advisory, client contact and special client projects.

Support will also be provided for candidates who wish to undertake further professional accounting studies.

ABOUT YOU

  • You will be a motivated, self-driven and enthusiastic Accounting or Commerce graduate keen to apply your tertiary studies into a professional Accounting role.
  • You have a love of learning and keen to commence your Chartered Accountants or Chartered Practicing Accountants Certification.
  • You take pride in your work and have achieved above average grades throughout the course of your tertiary studies.
  • You are a good communicator and have excellent written skills and ability to converse with your work mates and clients.
