Join a progressive and supportive Financial Planning Practice within a mid-tier firm. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Client Services Manager to join our team.

You will be provided with on-job and off-job learning, the opportunity to work with a broad range of clients and you will be mentored by highly experienced professional staff.


  • Acting as the first point of contact for clients, maintaining client relationships with a strong emphasis on client service.
  • Administration support to the Financial Planning team.
  • Maintaining the client data base.
  • Preparation of client review documentation.
  • Implementation of client advice.
  • Prepare and lodge applications and follow through to completion.
  • Preparation of advice documents.


You will be organised, committed and a dedicated person who is eager to secure a full time position in Client Services. You will be keen to show you take responsibility, pride and control in your work.

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong Word and Excel skills.
  • Strong organisation skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Financial Planning experience an advantage but not essential.
