At Armada, we focus on practical ways of working that help people do their best work, without losing sight of life outside the office.
Flexibility isn’t just a policy here; it’s how we work every day. You are trusted to shape your work around your life, whether that means early starts, remote days, school runs, or fitting in study. And when you are in the office, it’s designed to be a place you genuinely enjoy spending time. Our space includes an on‑site gym, an outdoor balcony and BBQ area, still and sparkling water on tap, and a well‑stocked pantry with perks that go well beyond the basics.
We’ve intentionally built an environment where you can take charge of your career. A dedicated learning and development program, ongoing training opportunities, and study assistance are all part of how we support your growth. Wellbeing is given the same importance, with initiatives like heart health sessions, team yoga, step challenges, and access to our employee assistance program.
Just as importantly, we care about how it feels to work together. We’re a close‑knit team that genuinely looks out for one another, supported by an active social club that brings people together through team morning teas, sporting events, art classes, and plenty of shared moments that build real connection. It’s a workplace where flexibility is trusted, growth is supported, and culture is something you experience every day.
