Nigel Dias is the Director of Armada Audit Services and has over 15 years of extensive Audit & Assurance experience with businesses of varying size and scale.

Specialising in two key areas – Audit & Assurance and Corporate Services for well over a decade, Nigel has refined his approach, one which is built on relationships, diligence and data. Numbers and people drive business.
Nigel believes in tackling issues with empathy, walking a mile in someone’s shoes to understand why decisions or mistakes were made and operating with transparency. This enables him to quickly navigate delicate issues and ultimately, provide answers.
Nigel has experience in providing internal audit and internal control reviews including:
- Examining prevailing systems to determine whether adequate internal controls exist (controls design, implementation and operating effectiveness)
- Identifying practical sustainable and cost effective recommendations to address any internal control gaps identified
- Formal documentation of the system incorporating our findings and recommendations from our internal controls review.
Nigel believes in giving back to the community. One way in which he does this is by working closely with Not-for-profit organisations notably, in the fields of domestic violence and people with disabilities. Though it may seem cliché – Nigel draws satisfaction from helping others and believe simple acts of kindness can build a bigger, better and brighter future.
